IMPACT REPORT -2025

We focus on empowering young men and women residing in underserved communities of NYC, by providing  aviation programs and scholarship opportunities for FAA Private Pilot License training. Our mission is to create qualified pilots and promote inclusion in the airline industry to support the development of youth pilots.

 Our programs serve Black and Brown youth in underserved communities. 80 % Young Men, 20% Young Women

Since 2019 we served 100+ youth ages 11-19 years old 

Since 2019 we partnered with 8 NYC Schools, Public School , Middle School and High Schools .

 Our afterschool programs has  served 60+ Students exposing them to Aviation. 

Since 2019 we have given 40+ Flight Academy scholarships. 

We have 9 FAA Licensed Pilots as of 2025. One Alumni has become our first Certified Flight Instructor and teaches in our programs,
